| 摘 要： | 随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入，桂林市中小学教育科研工作既面临新的机遇，也面临新的挑战。为进一步做好桂林市的教育科研工作，必须对桂林市中小学教育科研工作的现状及存在的问题有一个正确的认识，同时，针对存在问题采取必要的对策。本文在这方面做了一些思考，希望能给广大教育工作者提供一些有益的参考和启示。
