| 摘 要： | 管理的原则性是"以规章制度为中心",强调按章行事;灵活性是"以人为本",注重用变通的方法解决问题。原则性和灵活性的协调统一能成就管理的精彩,因此,在管理工作中应注重两者的辩证协调,注意两者的有机结合并与时代要求相适应。

| Abstract: | The management principle is ＂by rules and regulations as the center＂, it emphasizes the act by rules and regulations; Flexibility is the ＂people-oriented＂, that pays attention to the use of flexible method to solve problems. The harmonious and unified principle and flexibility to the wonderful achievements management. Therefore, in the management of both the dialectic coordination it should pay attention to the organic integration of both with the times and with requirements. |
