| 摘 要： | 对形象的商业利益进行法律保护是法学研究的一个新课题。随着市场经济的飞速发展,人们权利意识的增强,涉及形象商业利益的纠纷也日益增多,而现存的法律却呈现出无法调整的空白区域,给司法实务工作带来了全新的挑战。因此,在我国现有法律体系中引入形象权制度有其重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The legal protection of image's commercial interest is a new subject of law research.With the quick development of market economy and the wakening of people's right consciousness,disputes about image commercial interest have been more and more,while current laws can't give a correct and clear definition,which has brought new challenges to judicial affairs.It is of great theory significance and practice value to add right of publicity system in current China law system. |
