| 摘 要： | 本文从国内企业知识管理的五大障碍入手，论证了国内企业在知识管理上处于起步阶段，得出知识管理起步阶段的核心问题是“正确选择合理的知识管理模式”。本文首先从与企业知识管理高度相关的顾客、产品差异程度、企业知识构成和产品生命周期四个因素分析，提出了CDKL分析模型，以帮助国内企业做出知识管理模式的选择。

| Abstract: | Starting with five barriers of domestic corporation knowledge management, this paper demonstrates that the knowledge management of domestic corporations is in initial stage, it concludes that the central problem in primary stage of knowledge management is to choose a reasonable model of knowledge management correctly. The paper analyzes four factors, including the highly relative customers of knowledge management in corporations, the difference level of prod- ucts, the component of corporation knowledge and the life circle of products. Furthermore, it puts forward the analysis CDKL model to help the domestic corporations choose right knowledge management model. |
