| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study, comparison and case analysis and in line with the labor law theory and sports industry theory, the paper introduces the professional sports collective negotiation in the West. It discusses the status quo of the professional sports development in China and the existing problems in forming a collective negotiation system and puts forward the suggestions on improving the professional sports collective negotiation system in China. |
