摘    要:线粒体和内质网在细胞活动中扮演着不同的角色.然而研究发现这两种细胞器在结构和功能上均有所联系,这为细胞器间的物质传递、维持细胞内钙稳态以及调节细胞凋亡和自噬提供了基础.

Abstract:Mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum play different roles in cellular activities. However, recent studies suggest that they interact on each other both structurally and functionally, which provides a basis for substrate transport between organelles, maintaining intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis as well as regulating cellular apoptosis and autophagy.
