合作学习有效策略在高职院校任务驱动教学中的运用

摘    要:高职任务驱动教学重视学生小组合作学习的教学组织形式,目的是面向全体学生,把学生差异作为教学资源,让具有差异的不同个体组成学习小组,在合作完成同一任务中通过互相帮助共同提升职业适应能力。针对目前高职任务驱动教学中小组合作学习存在的问题,从合作学习的要素出发探讨了合作学习有效策略的运用,有利于高职教师在任务驱动教学中运用合作学习有效策略提高教学效果。

Abstract:Task-driven teaching at higher vocational colleges is an organizational form of teaching which focuses on students’ cooperative learning in groups.Because it regards diversities as a teaching resource and lets individual students form study groups,it aims to promote students’ professional competence by helping each other to complete the same task.In order to deal with problems in cooperative learning in groups during task-driven teaching,this paper discusses the application of effective strategy for cooperative learning.It is hoped that this paper should benefit teachers to improve their teaching performance with effective strategies of cooperative learning in the task-driven teaching process.
