| 摘 要： | 利用因子分析方法，结合聚类分析，对京津冀各城市农产品物流环境进行评价，确定关键指标和公共因子对农产品物流环境的定量影响，并进行各城市角色定位，从而提出京津冀协同优化农产品物流环境的策略：京津冀应注重在经济、金融、道路、通信、科研等方面协同发展；大中城市应以大型超市为主导，组织京津冀农产品的物流渠道；中小城市要做好蔬菜的规模化和商品化生产；京津冀各级政府应出台有利政策保障冷链物流发展。

| Abstract: | With factor analysis method and cluster analysis,this paper evaluates the logistic environment for agricultural products in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, determines the quantitative impact of key indicators and public factors on the logistic environment, sets the roles of these cities, and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the logistic environment for agricultural products through coordination among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The three regions should coordinate the development of economy, finance, roads, communications and scientific research. For big and medium-sized cities, large supermarkets should play a leading role to organize the logistic channels for agricultural products. For Small and medium-sized cities, large-scale and commercial production of vegetables should be carried out. The governments at all levels should issue favorable policies to ensure the development of cold chain logistics. |
