| 摘 要： | 男女两性之、间的性别角色定位和性别角色期待是妇女解放进程中一个十分现实的问题,它不仅直接影响着男女两性在家庭与社会生活中的性别角色扮演,而且左右着人们对“好男人”和“好女人”的价值评判标准。一些调查数据显示,当前男女平等的意识虽早已成为主流,女性的自主意识和社会参与意识普遍增强,但传统的“男主外,女主内”的性别分工观念仍根深蒂固,即使是在高校知识分子群体中也不例外。因此,要缓释女教职工双重的角色紧张压力,性别意识的确立和传统性别观念的改变是至为关键的一个方面。

| Abstract: | The sexual chara cter positions between man and woman is a very practical problem in the process of woman libration, and it influeces directly on the man and woman's the performence in their social activities and family life, but also has some effect on the value judge ment about "good man"and "good woman". Some investigations show the traditional concept which prefer to the sexual social character division as "man should be in charge of outside world and woman engaged with housework" even at universities. Therefore it is a key to establish correct sexual consciousness of their social characters, and change the old traditional concept so as to relieve the double, Characters pressure of women staff at universities. |
