| 摘 要： | 建立结构合理、配置科学、程序严密、制约有力的科学的权力运行机制,是当前深化政治体制改革的重要目标。从加强对权力的监督、完善政治决策机制、深化行政管理体制改革等方面来探寻科学的权力运行机制的建构路径,对发展和完善社会主义民主政治具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The achieved target,which is necessary for quickening and deepening the reform of political mechanism at present,is building the harmonious operative mechanism of power whose characteristics are rational structure,scientific allocation,meticulous procedure and powerful checks and balances.This paper tries to appraise the construction of harmonious operative mechanism of power,through restricting and supervising power,reforming and completing mechanism of making policy,readjusting relations of functions and powers among People's Congress,government and party rationally and deepening the reform of political mechanism. |
