| Abstract: | The establishment of the legal system of limited partnership in China has become an inevitable trend. This paper discussed the issues of the operation of limited partnership, such as the limit on the number of partners, contribution, management and exit mechanism. Based on using the reference of the practices and experience of foreign countries, this paper put forward its views on establishing the legal system of limited partnership with Chinese characteristics. |
