| 摘 要： | 随着招生规模的扩大,研究生的培养质量一直是学校和社会关心的热点之一,而工科研究生一般在结合前沿研究提高理论水平或者通过研发提高动手能力两个培养方向上取舍,很难兼顾.该文探讨了在培养研究生过程中如何结合前沿实验研究提高研究生的实际动手能力和理论水平等问题.

| Abstract: | Along with the increase of the enrolled graduates,the training quality of graduates has attracted the attentions of universities and our society.Usually,it is not easy to keep a balance between quality of the theory training via advanced research and the enhancement of working ability via practical development during the education process.Here,by using advanced experiment research,the improvement of graduates' theory training and working ability is focused on. |
