| 摘 要： | 大学在实现从传统教育到创新教育的转变过程中，面临着基础研究薄弱、创新人才培养目标不明确、高校生源选拔途径单一、教学资源不足等系列问题。本文就高校如何走出创新型人才培养的困境，提出了要进一步明确创新人才培养目标、创造自由的学术环境、建设创新型师资队伍、构建创新教育评价标准、完善国家创新体系和加强基础研究工作等对策。

| Abstract: | To transform the traditional education to the innovative education, the university faces series of questions, such as basic research weakness, educational objectives ambiguity, student selection singleness, educational resource insufficiency, etc. About these predicament, the author puts forward some countermeasures, including definite educational objectives, free academic environment, the innovative teacher team, theestablishment of innovative education evaluatestandard, the improvement of country innovative system, and the enhance of basic research. |
