| 摘 要： | 当前高校师德存在一些现象与问题,对高校的改革与发展、教师形象带来了严重的影响,因此,加强当前高校师德建设具有必要性和重要性。该文分析了高校师德问题产生的原因,并提出了当前高校师德建设的途径。
