摘    要:在现有原燃料条件下,武钢7号高炉采取使用回用焦丁、大批重、错角位布料及窄布料宽度、控制适量中心焦、缩小进风面积、优化造渣制度、维持炉缸热状态平稳等一系列措施,优化炉内煤气流分布,使高炉保持了稳定顺行,燃料比大幅降低。

Abstract:Under the circumstances of the existing fuel ,a number of measures ,such as adding recycled nut coke ,selecting large ore batch ,staggering angle burden distribution and narrowing burden width , controlling an appropriate amount of center coke ,narrowing inlet area ,optimizing the rules of building slag and maintaining stable furnace thermal state ,were taken to optimize gas flow distribution within the blast and make the blast furnace more stable and the fuel ratio significantly reduced for NO .7 blast furnace of WISCO .
