| 摘 要： | 学校体育政策是针对学校体育的特定问题，为贯彻体育教育中的基本政策而制定的具体行动方案，其主要作用是保障学校体育能够按照人才培养目标展开工作。学校体育政策伦理是指国家权力部门为实现特定的体育目的，在分配与调节体育资源和利益的过程中应该遵循的伦理规范。学校体育政策伦理既包括一般伦理原则在体育政策活动过程中的具体实践，也包括对学校体育政策活动所进行的伦理论证与考察。加强学校体育政策的伦理问题研究，无论是对学校体育政策自身的理论发展，还是对学校体育政策的实践发展，都具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Scholastic PE policy is a concrete action plans dealing with special problems about school PE for basic policy of education and physical education.Its main function is to guarantee school PE according to fostering aims of our country and the Party.Scholastic PE policy ethics is an ethical norm that administrative branches should comply with in assigning and adjusting PE resources and interests for special aims.It includes general ethical principles applying to PE policy activities,also with ethical testimony and investigation.To reinforce the study of ethical problems in scholastic PE policy is of profound meanings in both theory and practice for developments in PE policy itself and in action. |
