| 摘 要： | 在总结经验的基础上，归纳了目前高校面临而叉被十分关注的“定位”和“条件”问题；通过研究世界高校体育发展的趋势以及我国对我国高校体育的影响，说明高校办高水平运动队，既是高等教育发展的历史必然，也是现实社会的要求；并且运用辨证法的观点，客观地认识和评价高水平运动队的“定位”，同时，对存在的困难做了实事求是的剖析，提出了用创新的精神，改革的措施，去克服和解决前进道路上的困难和问题的建议和对策。
