| 摘 要： | 文章详细分析了目前国内远程教育教务管理过程中存在的诸多问题,并从服务是远程教育的产业本质出发,结合现代服务业的服务科学理论,提出以学生为中心设计新一代远程教务管理系统的理念,并采用面向服务的架构思想(SOA)来构建系统。
