| 摘 要： | CDIO导入过程的本质，是深层次的组织结构变革。根据实际情况，CDIO的导入模式可以有多种选择，“模式的不同”体现的是“专业学科发展”和“满足社会需求”这两种教学诉求之间的平衡.CDIO教学改革的成功关键，在于根据自身实际选择恰当模式，并坚持在“目标、结构、资源和行动”等层面的“一致性”。

Research for the Typical Morphology of CDIO Implementation |

| Abstract: | The essence of the CDIO implementation is a deep level change in organizational structure. According to the actual state, CDIO implementation model have multiple options. The different option reflects a balance between the two kinds of teaching demands, “Development of academic disciplines” and “Meeting the social needs”. The key of CDIO educational reform to success depends on choosing appropriate paradigm according to actual conditions, and insisting on the “consistency” in “ goal, structure, resources and action ” |
