| 摘 要： | 高职院校毕业生是普通高校毕业生的重要组成部分，这一层次毕业生的就业工作，涉及毕业生的切身利益，也关系到国家经济建设和社会稳定大局。高职院校毕业生就业问题的解决与政府就业政策、高职院人才培养方式以及用人单位选拔人才的机制等方面密切相关，据此探索解决就业问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The graduates of higher vocational colleges are the important part in universities and colleges. The graduates＇ employment in colleges has become a challenge issue and it is of great concern in China. The paper focuses on graduates＇ employment of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province, followed by analyzing three concerns in terms of government policy orientation, graduates cultivation model, and employment selection by employing unit. It states that the government plays a vital role in graduates＇ employment. |
