| 摘 要： | 供应链管理信息系统是当前国际企业管理的重要内容,也是我国企业管理的发展方向.本钢是我国特大型钢铁联合企业,其原燃料从采购到消耗涉及的部门多,业务复杂,传统的手工操作存在工作效率低、管理成本高的矛盾.供应链管理信息系统的引入提高了工作效率、降低管理成本.本文介绍了本钢原燃料供应链管理信息系统设计思路与实现方法.

| Abstract: | It is important for international enterprise management to establish the information system of supply chain managemen(SCM),and is certain direction for Chinese enterprises.Benxi steel co.Ltd is a large enterprise in China,its transaction for raw material and fuel involved with operations from purchase to comsumption relates to many department,complex business,manual operation,low efficiency and high cost of administration.It may resolves those problems to introduce the SCM information system.The paper presents the design consideration of SCM information system of materical and fuel and its implementation. |
