| 摘 要： | 高校学生奖学金的评定工作是高校学生工作的一个重要组成部分。当前高校奖学金具体实施过程中出现的德育分量化和“马太效应”等问题,弱化了高校奖学金制度基本功能。针对这一问题,提出改进高校奖学金评定制度的具体对策。
