| 摘 要： | 师生关系是影响教育活动效果的重要因素.现实中的师生关系往往表现出紧张与疏远的特点,其根源在于师生之间缺乏基本的关心关系.构建和谐师生关系的关键在于建立师生之间的关心关系.转变教师的教育观、教学观、学生观,回归学生的主体地位,提升教师的关心能力,在师生平等对话中增进彼此的理解与信任,是构建师生关心关系的基础和前提.
