特殊教育体育教师专业化发展相关理论探讨

摘    要:特殊教育体育教师专业化是全面推进特殊教育学校体育工作的基本要求。重点探讨了特殊教育体育教师专业化内涵和特殊教育体育教师专业化特征等特殊教育体育教师专业化发展的基本理论问题。特殊教育体育教师专业化内涵包括专业知识、专业技能、专业态度和专业发展意识。特殊教育体育教师专业化特征包括专业性特征和时代性特征,其中特殊教育体育教师的专业性特征主要体现在特殊的体育教学要素、残障学生特有的缺陷补偿需求和全面的社会适应能力培养三个方面。

Abstract:The specialization of physical education teachers is the basic requirement to promote sports in special education school. The paper focuses on the basic theories about specialization of physical education teachers in special education school. The specialization of physical education teachers includes professional knowledge, professional skills, professional attitude and professional development awareness. Features of specialization include professional features and characteristics of the times. Professional features involve special elements of physical education, the unique needs of the defect compensation for the students with disabilities and comprehensive social adaptability training.
