摘    要:本实验利用表面活性剂洗涤的处理方法,对炼油厂精制润滑油产生的废白土进行了创新性的实验研究。通过对表面活性剂的复配和洗涤条件的筛选,确定了最佳的工艺条件。处理后的废白土含油率降低至0.92%,符合国家排放标准(HJ60T-2011)。

Abstract:The study was innovative investigated utilized the surfactants washing for refinement of lubricating oil generated waste clay. The optimum conditions were determined by select the types, the mass ratio of the compound surfactants and sifting of the washing factors. Oil content of waste clay was dropped to 0.92%, conformed with the national emission standard(HJ60T-2011).
