| 摘 要： | 在构建和谐社会的时代背景下,房地产行业却成为社会问题比较集中的行业。本文从利益相关者的角度出发,从股东、客户、员工、供应商、债权人和政府六个方面提出了房地产业“企业公民”建设的措施,以图企业和社会的和谐共赢。

| Abstract: | Against the background of building a harmonious society, the real estate has become one with concentrated social problems.In the viewpoint of interest counterparts, this article presents some measures to construct the ＂corporate citizen＂ of real estate in the six dimensions of shareholders, customers, staff members, suppliers, creditors and government, in the hope of constructing harmony and win-win between the enterprise and the society. |
