| 摘 要： | 非传统公共图书馆是指由非政府团体、企业或个人举办,向全社会开放,主要服务于特定的区域、组织或群体的图书馆.我国的非传统公共图书馆主要有社区图书馆、大学城图书馆、工业园区图书馆三种类型.非传统公共图书馆应采取“三轮驱动型”的发展模式,即图书馆产权人承担图书馆基础设施建设经费和人员的基本开支,以适当的有偿服务解决图书馆的日常运行经费和人员其他开支,以其他社会力量作为图书馆经费来源的重要补充.
