| 摘 要： | 信息活动作为人类社会活动基本模式具有人为性和为人性,它的向善性在促进人类文化繁荣与传承、经济资源优化流动和政治民主实质性发展和拓宽人类交往等方面得到确证。另一方面,信息活动也必定要受到一定的道德规范的制导和规约以及道德规范实现必须依赖于信息活动主体的道德能力。前者是关乎对信息活动本身的目的和价值的理解和把握,后者是关乎信息活动的道德秩序和道德规范理解与把握以及道德规范实现的主体条件,这两方面是相辅相成的,前者是基础和前提,后者是前者的具体展开和实现。

| Abstract: | The information activities as the basic mode of human social activities have artificiality and for humankind that their good deeds in promoting human prosperity and cultural heritage,optimization and flow of economic resources,substantial development of democracy and broadening human communication,etc.were proved.On the other hand,information activities should subject to certain moral norms and guidance,the moral norms must rely on the information capacity. |
