| 摘 要： | 从人的社会化到人的现代化,实际是一个如何优化人的社会化的方向与方法问题。面对当今世界日益激烈的竞争,培养具有创造精神的现代人日显重要。由此,优化人的社会化的方向与方法,实际上又是一个人的社会化的文化教育战略转型问题。所谓转型,就是从文化力为第一发展力的角度,关注人的社会化过程中的人的现代文化心理结构及其创新人格特质和谐养成,进而实现社会成员的精神成人。

| Abstract: | The issue of man's socialization to man's modernization is actually a question about how to optimize the direction and the method of man's socialization.To cultivate modern people with creative ability becomes more and more important in fierce competition of the world nowadays.Therefore,to optimize the direction and the method of man's socialization,is actually an issue about cultural education's strategic transition of man's socialization.The word transition means concerning about man's modern cultural spiritual structure and the harmonious cultivation of creative character in man's socialization,from the point of view that cultural power is the first power for development,eventually fulfilling social member's spiritual mature. |
