| 摘 要： | 海峡两岸金融业合作是经济全球化和区域经济一体化的必然要求,也是两岸经贸关系发展的必然选择.目前,两岸金融业合作已进入实质阶段,主要体现在银行业、证券业和保险业的合作上,但在货币兑换、企业融资、通汇清算和金融监管等领域还存在急需解决的问题.在新的时代背景下,两岸应从WTO规则、CEPA模式和ECFA协商等方面,选择正确的发展路径,并采取有效措施解决现存问题,推动两岸金融业合作的进一步发展.
