| 摘 要： | 参考咨询服务是图书馆服务工作的“灵魂”；参考咨询服务水平的高低是衡量现代图书馆工作质量的重要标志．一站式服务则是提高参考咨询服务水平的大舞台。它的服务方式、方法更加灵活多样，把传统服务手段和现代化服务技术更加紧密地结合在一起，使参考咨询工作更贴近读者，更能满足读者需求，也更能展现图书馆人性化服务的特点。
