| 摘 要： | 苏霍姆林基在长期的教育教学实践中对造成学生课业负担过重的原因进行了深入分析，并提出了解决学生课业负担过重的具体措施，取得了良好的效果。认真学习和研究苏霍姆林基的减负思想，对改革我国的教育教学工作具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | V. A. Suchomlinski, thoroughly analyzed the reasons of the overburden of the students' lessons in his long-term education and teaching practice. He also put forward some concrete measures for resolving the students' burden, and achieved good results. To make a serious study of Suchomlinski's thoughts on easing burden has great immediate significance to improve our teaching work. |
