| 摘 要： | 为适应社会发展的需要，使国家政治、经济、科学技术及文化等方面得到进一步提高，俄联邦教育部颁布了连续师范教育2001－2002年发展规划，该规划的宗旨是通过10年时间重点发展国内的师范教育，从而全面提高各级各类学校的教育水平，对我国具有借鉴和参考作用。

| Abstract: | To meet the demand of social development, the Russian Federal Government has issued the long term developing program from 2001 to 2010 for sustained normal education so as to enhance the national politics,economy,science and technology. The aim of the program is to improve comprehensively the educational level of different kinds of colleges and universities through laying special stress within the 10 years' span on the development of the domestic normal education. It will surely insert powerful pushing force to our normal education if we make a detailed study of the program and make good use of the reasonable and effective methods adopted in the program. |
