| 摘 要： | 教育管理研究的后现代取向具有重要意义。教育管理研究要根源于教育组织的特性，要在继续关注教育管理领域“事实问题”的同时，开拓研究领域，关注其中的价值、伦理问题，要注重质性研究和多视角观照，建立起开放、多元化的方法论群落，要认识到知识或理论具有“情境性”。

| Abstract: | Educational administration research should be based upon the characteristics of the educational organizations. We should not only continue to study the facts in the educational administration field, but also explore the new research fields -- the values and ethics. We should set up an open system with multiple research methods. Besides, we should recognize that the truth is situational. The above mentioned inspirations we draw from the postmodernism are valuable to our educational administration research. |
