摘    要:随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育普及,要求高等教育向多元化的办学模式、多层次的人才培养模式发展,大批来自各行各业的人士开始走进高等院校的课堂,为了促使新入行高教事业的教师尽快适应工作,开展对他们胜任力的培养和研究工作,具有重要的现实意义。本研究在理论分析的基础上,首先定义"职业性、应用型"高校教师,然后针对提出的问题进行胜任力整合分析,并介绍了胜任力整合影响因素以及提出了促进胜任力整合作用措施。

Research on Integration Competence of Professional and Practical College Teachers

Abstract:Chinese higher education develop from elite education to mass education, it should develop to diversification school pattern and multilevel talent training pattern, many people from all walks of life come into college classes, in order to let new entrants college teacher adapt to working, it has great practical significance to research the problem of their competency. This research is based on theory analyses, firstly it gave a definition of Professional and Practical college teachers, than analyzed competence integration against the questions put forward, finally introduced the influenced factors of competence integration and put forward reirtforee measure.
