| 摘 要： | 教育见习是学前教育专业保教实践的一个重要环节。教育见习存在见习生数量大、见习点多而分散、指导教师少、经费有限、目标无法落实,效果差等问题。为此,在教育见习中运用项目化程序管理,分启动、规划、实施、监控、收尾五步流程对其进行科学管理,优化资源,提高目标落实的有效性。

| Abstract: | Educational probation is an important link to the practice of children care and education. In educational probation, there are many problems such as a large quantity of students, too many and scattered nursery schools, few instructors and limited funds,which lead to the results that the aims can＇t come true and effects are poor. Therefore,we apply project process management in educational probation and take 5 processes start--up, planning, execution, controlling and closing to manage it scientifically, so as to optimize resources and improve the efficiency of target realization. |
