| 摘 要： | 受国际金融危机冲击,国内大量外向型民营企业.特别是许多中小企业陷入生存与发展危机.面对危机,政府为企业营造良好的金融、税收等外部环境,同时企业内部要凝聚人心、苦练内功、规范管理、技术升级,增强核心竞争能力,抵御风险,提高经济效益.
