| Abstract: | From the perspective of knowledge-based corporate, this paper regards a corporate as a room of gathering knowledge. By analyzing the characteristics of knowledge, the paper elaborated the related theories of knowledge creating competitive advantage. Finally, the authors analyzed the mechanism of knowledge forming strategy. |
