| 摘 要： | 商务英语专业是复合型专业，目前我国高职、本科、研究生层次都设有商务英语专业。高职层次的院校要办好商务英语专业就要以就业为导向，结合地区经济发展需要合理定位专业人才培养目标；以教学内容的精要、实用为核心，科学进行课程整合；以培养技能为宗旨，建立交互式参与式教学模式；以促进人的全面发展为目标，加强综合素质养成。为此，我们构建了“就业导向，能力本位，三维渗透”的商务英语专业人才培养模式，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Business English is a composite of professional expertise,now in China,undergraduate and postgraduate levels are provided in English professional business.Higher-level institutions to run a business English majors should be employment-oriented,combined with economic development in the region,reasonable positioning the goal of professional personnel training;take the essence and practical of teaching content as the core to integrated curriculum;to foster skills for the purpose of the establishment of participatory interactive teaching mode;to promote the all-round development as the goal,to enhance the overall quality of form.To this end,we established a "job-oriented,ability-based,three-dimensional infiltration" of professionals in business English training model,and achieved good results. |
