| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习活动安全风险法律规范的缺失已经成为制约旅游院校顶岗实习活动可持续发展的重要问题．在对制约旅游院校顶岗实习安全风险的法律缺失进行系统分析的基础上，立足现有的法律框架，探索化解旅游院校顶岗实习安全风险的有效途径。
