| 摘 要： | 徽商是我国社会经济发展中曾出现并颇具影响的一支重要商帮。徽商的形成、兴衰无不烙上所处社会时代的烙印，在社会变革转型中脱颖而出、艰辛开拓、适者生存，在从私有制向公有制的社会转型中融入社会主义的经济体系。

| Abstract: | Huizhou merchants were an important and effective business group that emerged with the development of social economy. The forming, rising and declining of Huizhou merchants all bear a marked brand of the time they were situated in. Huizhou merchants stuck out through social changes, explored hard and survived as the fittest. What＇s more, they mixed together with socialist economy system during the social transformation from private ownership to public ownership. |
