新课程背景下小学教育专业学生数学课堂教学技能训练有效性的探析——以楚雄师范学院初等教育学院为例

摘    要:随着新课程的不断深入,对教师专业化的要求不断提高,职前教师小学数学课堂教学技能训练是教师专业化过程的基础,具有重要的现实意义。训练的有效性是形成相应技能的重要保障,可以通过制定科学的小学数学课堂教学技能的训练目标,确定系统、完善的训练内容,构建科学、合理的训练模式,提高指导的有效性,与小学数学学科教学法课程的学习密切结合,制定有效的评价体系,加强监督与管理等方面来落实训练的有效性,促进师范生小学数学课堂教学技能的形成与发展。

Effectiveness analysis of mathematics teaching skills training of elementary education major students in the context of the new curriculum --Taking School of primary education of Chuxiong Normal University for example

Abstract:With the deepening of the new curriculum and increasing demands of teachers' professional, teaching skills training of pre - service has an important practical significance in elementary school mathematics teacher professionalization process. The effectiveness of training is an important guarantee for the appropriate skills formation, it can be strengthen by clear and definite scientific and rational training objectives, training content, and training model. By connect with elementary mathematics pedagogy courses, develop effective e- valuation system, strengthen supervision and management, the training effectiveness have been implemented, and promote normal students elementary school mathematics teaching skill formation and development.
