| 摘 要： | 抗战前后,蔗糖业是内江经济的支柱性产业。内江的蔗糖业在原料供应、制作过程、销售业务、金融融通等方面已经形成了"蔗农 糖房 漏棚"一条龙的纵向协作的"整体经营"模式。一般说来,这种模式既利于蔗农解决缺设备、缺技术、缺钱的问题,又利于糖房、漏棚解决缺原料的问题。然而,在"预买预卖"制度下,内江蔗农的利益大部分甚至完全为糖房所侵占,地位处于相对劣势,他们大多生活困苦。同时,导致蔗田土质和甘蔗含糖量亦有所降低。

| Abstract: | Around the Anti-Japanese War,sugar industry was the mainstay of Neijiang's economy,and a macroeconomic pattern lengthways with farmers,sugar refineries and sugar mills coordinated had taken shape with respect to material supply,sugar making,sales and financing.Generally speaking,this model benefits the farmers in solving the problems of equipment,technology and funds as well as sugar refineries and sugar mills in material supply.However,under the system of advance payment and advance sales,most or even all the interest of the farmers had gone to sugar refineries. The farmers were disadvantaged,most of them living in poverty.At the same time,the soil became poor and sugar content of sugarcanes insufficient. |
