| 摘 要： | 在我国社会转型时期,高校学生管理规范与法律规范和道德规范产生各种矛盾和冲突,是高校“依法治校’,面临新的挑战和课题。因此,高校学生的教育管理改革创新必须建立在尊重大学生的法律、道德主体地位的基础上,以法律规范为依据,以道德规范为基础,实现大学生行为规范的合法性、正当性和合理性。

| Abstract: | During the period of society transition, there exists a series of contradictions and conflicts between the behavioral norm of college students and law and moral norms, in which "managing the college in accordance with the law", a subject open to discussion, is facing a new challenge. Henceforth, the originality of their management must be based upon respecting their subjective position of law and morality so as to realize the legality, justness and reasonableness of their behavioral norm. |
