“启发式”教学在沈阳工业大学跆拳道课中的应用

摘    要:文章采用实验法、综合分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,对沈阳工业大学跆拳道课采用"启发式"教学进行研究,研究得出五个基本结论:(1)"启发式"教学在现代体育教学中不仅可行而且教学效果也优于常规的"注入式"教学;(2)"启发式"教学在沈阳工业大学跆拳道技术课教学中合理恰当的运用,有助于调动学生的积极性和主动性;(3)"启发式"教学可以在课堂上创造活跃的课堂氛围;(4)"启发式"教学能充分调动学生思维;(5)"启发式"教学有助于在教师和学生之间建立良好的师生关系。文章针对结论提出五点建议:(1)体育教师要更新教育观念,以促进学生全面健康的成长;(2)体育教师要积极广泛探索现代化的体育课堂教学新模式,以推进我国体育教育事业的发展;(3)体育教师在教学过程中要多加运用语言来引导学生在课上多动脑,多想问题,以提高学生思维能力;(4)体育教师在教学过程中区分主导与主体的关系,让学生能够主动去练习;(5)体育教师要用心去和学生沟通,在生活和学习当中随时去帮助他们解决遇到的困难。

Abstract:This paper makes a study on the application of heuristic teaching in the Taekwondo course in Shenyang Industrial University by means of experiments, analysis and literature, and the paper draws 5 basic conclusions. (1) Heuristic teaching not only is feasible but also makes better teaching effects than injecting teaching; (2)The reasonable and appropriate application in Taekwondo course in colleges is helpful to arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative; (3) Heuristic teaching may create active classroom atmosphere; (4)Heuristic teaching can fully mobilize students' thinking; (5) Heuristic teaching is helpful to establish the good relationship between teachers and students. In view of these conclusions, the study puts forward 5 suggestions: (1)P. E. teachers should update their concepts of education to promote students' comprehensive and healthy growth; (2)P. E. teachers should actively explore the new teaching patterns of modern P. E. course to promote the development of P.E.; (3)P.E. teachers in the teaching process should use more words to guide students to think more to improve their thinking development; (4)P. E. teachers should know the main distinction between dominant and main body in teaching so that students can take the initiative to practice; (5)P. E. teachers should communicate with students and at any time to help them solve the difficulties encountered in life and learning.
