| 摘 要： | 土家族摆手舞体育文化源渊流长,有着得天独厚的文化沉积,蕴藏着极其丰富而又珍贵的文化内涵,历经时代变迁而演变为当今的各种体育形式,内容丰富多样,动作灵活多变,集大众娱乐、休闲健身于一体。在当今提倡全民健身,构建和谐社会的前提下,我们应当大力开发挖掘土家族摆手舞体育文化,来满足现代土家儿女全面健身娱乐的需求。

| Abstract: | The Baishou dance of Tujia nationality has a long sport culture history,with deep and rich cultural connotations,after the passage of time and evolved into modern form of a variety of sports.In today s fitness advocated,building a harmonious society,we should vigorously develop Baishou dance of Tujia sports culture in order to meet the fitness requirement of Tujia nationality. |
