| 摘 要： | 现代人力资源具有十分丰富而又深刻的内涵，它与经济发展有着相互依存，相互作用的密切联系。开发人力资源既是现代经济发展的基础和保证，又是现代经济发展的基本内容。当代国际经济竞争的中心内容是现代化力资源的占有和开发。我国开发人力资源应当在控制数量，提高质量，优化管理，加强立法等多方面做好工作。

Human Resources and Their Exploitation in Modern Economy |

| Abstract: | Modern human resources, with rich and profound connotations, are closely interdependent upon and interactive with the economic development, thus the exploitation of human resources is not only the basis and assurance but also the fundamental content of modern economic development. As the contemporary economic competition focuses on the possession and exploitation of human resources, priority should be given to the exploitation of human resources in our country in terms of number control, quality improvement, management optimization, legislative enforcement, etc. |
