| 摘 要： | 以护理专业为研究对象,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对护理专业人才培养目标和岗位特征分析,从课程目标、课程内容、课程考核三方面优化护理专业的实用性健美操教学设计方案,构建为护理专业订制的健美操课程体系,为高等职业院校培养素质高、能力强、就业竞争力突出的优秀护理人才提供研究依据。

| Abstract: | Taking nursing specialty as the object of research, this paper puts forward optimization scheme for aerobics teaching in terms of curriculum goal, curriculum content, and curriculum evaluation based on the analysis of cultivation target and post of nursing specialty with the help of literature materials, interview,questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. It is helpful to construct aerobics course system for nursing specialty and cultivate nursing talents with high quality and outstanding employment competitive ability. |
