柔道运动的训练恢复

摘    要:通过对柔道运动竞技对抗的特点以及运动员在比赛或大强度训练后所产生的一系列生理变化的分析。指出恢复手段对于消除疲劳、减缓压力,使运动员达到赛前最佳竞技状态所起的重要作用,提出恢复训练应成为运动训练中的一个不容忽视的环节。

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of judo sport, the competitive and antagonism, and a series of physiological changes produced by the athletes, this article expands that the recovering methods have played an important role in staving off fatigue, relieving pressure, and making the athletes recover to the best competitive state as it is before the games. It also points out that the training instauration should be the key link which can not be overlooked in sports training.
