| 摘 要： | 科研工作是高校三大任务之一,在高校发展中具有重要的地位．如何有效地加强科研管理,推动科研工作不断上新台阶,成为众多科研管理工作者探索的焦点．在高校科研管理工作中,应注重增强创新意识、服务意识、激励意识、成果转化意识以及与其他业务部门的协调意识,从而不断提高科研管理效率,促进科研管理水乎的逐步提升．

| Abstract: | Work of scientific research is one of three tasks in the university,and has a very important status in the development of the university.How to strengthen the scientific research management effectively becomes its study fo- cus.I think that the consciousnesses of innovation,service,encouragement,production transformation and harmony with other departments must be beosted up in the scientific research management of the university,to enhance its ef- ficiency continuously,and to upgrade its level step by step. |
